Refund policy

Your right to change your mind Under UK consumer law you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you want to return it, and 14 days after that to send it back. We extend the notice window to 30 days as a matter of policy. Cans need to be unopened, in their original packaging, and in the condition you received them.

Starting a return Email hello@counterculturedrinks.com with your order number and we'll send instructions. Please don't send anything back without getting in touch first — we can't accept unlogged returns.

Who pays for return postage If you've changed your mind, return postage is on you. If the order arrived damaged, wrong, or faulty, it's on us.

Damaged, wrong, or faulty orders Occasionally a can doesn't survive the journey. If something's damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, email hello@counterculturedrinks.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund — whichever works better for you.

What we can't take back Opened cans, cans past their best-before date, and partially used gift bundles.

Refunds Once we've received and checked the return, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank or card provider may take a few more days to show it on your statement. If it's been over 15 working days since we confirmed the refund and it hasn't appeared, email hello@counterculturedrinks.com and we'll chase it.

Exchanges Fastest way is to return the item and place a new order. That way you're not waiting on stock while your return's in transit.
