WHAT IT TASTES LIKE
Tart, floral, grown-up. An organic soft drink with a natural zing from our own kombucha culture. Sharp rhubarb leads with bright acidity, deep hibiscus follows, and a restrained natural sweetness keeps the two in check. For people who like their fruit with a bit of an edge.
HOW PEOPLE DRINK IT
Straight from the can, properly cold. Over ice with a sprig of mint. Next to a cheeseboard, where the sharp rhubarb cuts straight through. Or with a slice of cake at four o'clock.
Storage: Serve cold. Happy in the cupboard till then.

Love the Rhubarb + Hibiscus Organic Kombucha Soda flavour, which we first came across whilst on holiday in Cornwall. Lovely rhubarb flavour, not too sweet.
Circa £2 for a 330ml can is pretty expensive I think...
