Shipping policy

Where we ship UK mainland. We don't currently ship outside the UK. For trade and wholesale orders, email trade@counterculturedrinks.com.

How much it costs Standard shipping is £4.95 inc VAT per order. Free on orders over £30.

How fast it arrives We dispatch with DHL Next Day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 13:00 Mon–Fri go out the same day and typically arrive the next working day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or over the weekend, dispatch on the next working day.

Tracking You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves us. DHL usually follows up with a delivery window on the day itself.

If you're not in when it arrives DHL will attempt redelivery, leave it with a neighbour, or hold it at your local depot — the options come through in your tracking notifications. You can also pre-arrange a safe place through the DHL link.

Collect from the brewery If you're in Bristol, collection is free. Select 'Brewery pickup' at checkout. We're at Unit 1 St Catherine's Trading Estate, BS3 4DJ, Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00. We'll email when your order's ready to grab.

Trade and larger orders Wholesale ships on a different schedule — email trade@counterculturedrinks.com and we'll handle it directly.
