The fusion between business and charitable objectives has never been stronger. We have been inspired by the B-Corp movement and operations like Patagonia, Toast and Change Please.

Since incorporation we have invented a new type of sharefor our company. Effectively splitting the company ownership in half, we now have two types of shares: ordinary shares and CC shares. The ordinary shares are reserved for staff and future investors; the CC shares are to be donated to charities and non-profit initiatives that are important to us.

Our vision is for this entrepreneurial donation to grow with our business. While it does, we will be donating 5% of total sales to our CC shareholders.
